Peanut Oil for frying
- Cut the turkey into bite-size nuggets and coat with yellow mustard.
- Using a medium mixing bowl, dredge the nuggets in Zatarain’s® Seasoned Fish Fri Seafood Breading Mix.
- Heat peanut oil in a large frying pan to 400℉. Fry nuggets until cooked.
